　　UNDERGRADUATE

　　TheUniversityofSanDiegoiscommittedtoaprogramdesignedtoacquainteverystudentwiththeintellectual,cultural,andmorallifeofourcivilization,whileprovidingatthesametimetheopportunitytoaddtothisknowledgespecialcareer-centeredcompetencies.Normally,thestudentisinresidencethrougheightsemesters,duringwhichheorsheisenrolledinapproximately44courses,carryingminimumcreditof124units.USDstudentswhowishtoearnasecondbachelor’sdegree(asopposedtoonedegreewithtwomajors)arerequiredtocompleteaminimumof30unitsbeyondthefirstUSDdegree(thus,atleast154unitsareneeded),tobeseekingadifferentdegree(forexample,aBBAforastudentwhohasalreadyearnedaBAdegree),tofulfillthecorecurriculumrequirementsforthesecondUSDdegree(ifthesearedifferentfromthefirstdegree),andtomeetallprerequisiteandmajorrequirementsfortheseconddegree.Transferstudentswhoalreadyhaveabachelor’sdegreeandwishtoearnaUSDbaccalaureatedegreeinanothermajormustmeetallofUSD’scorecurriculumrequirements,meetUSD’sresidencyrequirementofaminimumof30units,andmeetallrequirements(includingprerequisites)...

　　圣地亚哥大学的课程旨在让学生对美国文明的知识、文化和道德方面有所理解，让学生有机会具备特殊就业竞争力。一般而言本科阶段的八个学期都需要住校。在本科阶段大约要注册44门课，修满124个学分。想拿第二学士学位(不同于双专业一个学位)的学生至少需要在第一学位的基础上再完成30个学分(即至少需要修满154个学分)。在此基础上才能学习其他学位，比如工商管理学士(已经获得文学学士学位的学生可以学)，才满足第二学位核心课程要求(在第二学位不同于第一学位情况下)，也才满足第二学位的所有前提条件和专业要求。已经拿到学士学位且有意学习其他专业的学生，必须满足圣地亚哥大学的核心课程要求，满足30个学分的最低要求和包括前提条件在内的其他所有要求。

　　POSTGRADUATE

　　Throughitssixmajoracademicdivisions,theUniversityofSanDiegooffers25differentmaster'sdegrees,theJDandfiveLLMdegrees,severaldualdegreeprograms,andthreedoctoraldegrees–twoinnursingandoneinleadershipstudies.Severalofthesedegreesofferachoiceofareasofspecialization.Becauseofthevarietyofprogramsoffered,therearemanydifferentdeadlinesassociatedwithourgraduateprograms.Insomecases,programsofferentryduringthesummer,spring,andfallterms,whileothersonlyfallorsummerentry.

　　通过六大学院，圣地亚哥大学提供了25个硕士学位、法律博士学位，5个法律硕士学位和3个博士学位。博士学位中两个与护理学有关，另一个与领导研究有关。另外也提供双学位课程。少数几个学位提供专业方向选择。圣地亚哥大学的研究生课程很多，申请截止日期也不同。有些课程同时提供夏季、春季和秋季入学，有的课程则只提供秋季或夏季入学。

　　2.Shiley-MarcosSchoolofEngineering

　　USD'sShiley-MarcosSchoolofEngineeringoffersasupportive,well-roundededucationthatinspiresstudentstoinnovate,create,andultimately,makeadifferencebypracticingreal-worldengineering.Theschooldevelopsthinkersandleaderswhohavesolidtechnical,communicationandproblem-solvingskillsbalancedwithbroadperspectivetomakethingshappenlocallyandglobally.

　　Ourgoalistodevelopafutureofengineerswhowilltakeonsociety'schallengesandopportunitiesinsocially,ethicallyandprofessionallyresponsibleways.

　　TheUSDEngineeringdepartmentwasfoundedin1987withjustahandfulofstudentsandtwofaculty.Duringthelastquartercentury,theprogramhassteadilygrowninsizeandstature.Today,thereareapproximately30full-timefacultyandnearly600students.

　　In2012,theShiley-MarcosSchoolofEngineeringwasfoundedwithagenerousgiftbySanDiegophilanthropistDarleneMarcosShiley.HerextraordinarygifttransformedthedepartmentintoaUSDSchoolofEngineeringwithupgradedfacilitiesandstudiospace,newfacultyandstudentscholarshipsupport.

　　2、希利-马科斯工程学院

　　希利-马科斯工程学院提供支持性的全面的教育，激发学生的创造和创新，最终让学生参与工程实践，做出一番事业。工程学院将学生培养成具有扎实专业技能、沟通技能和解决问题能力，具有广阔视野的思考者和领导，进而对当地和世界做出贡献。

　　工程部门成立于1987年。起初只有少量的学生和老师。经过20多年的发展，学院课程的规模持续扩大，水平已得到提高。今天工程学院已有近30名全职教员和近600名学生。

　　2012年，在圣地亚哥慈善家达莲娜马科斯-希利的康宽捐赠下，工程学院成立。她的资助让原来的工程系升为工程学院，改善了学院设施和工作室空间，为师生提供了新的学术支持。

　　4.FranciscanSchoolofTheology

　　In2012,theUniversityofSanDiego(USD)andtheFranciscanSchoolofTheology(FST)enteredintoanaffiliationagreementtoenhancetheirCatholicidentities,topromoteacademicexcellence,toexpandthebreadthoftheirrespectivecurricularofferings,andtootherwiseadvancetheirrespectivemissions.

　　Throughtheaffiliation,FSTstudentscanenrollinselectedandapprovedofUSDgraduatecoursesofferedthroughtheSchoolofLeadershipandEducationSciences,theJoanB.KrocSchoolofPeaceStudies,theMBAprogram,andtheDepartmentsofHistoryandPhilosophy.ThesecoursesenhancethecapabilitiesofgraduatestudentstoserveinstewardshiprolesintheChurchandothermission-orientedinstitutions.Meanwhile,USDgraduatestudentsnowhaveaccesstoFSTcoursesthatcomplementtheirdegreeprograms,specificallywithinthetheologicaldisciplines.TheaffiliationalsoprovidesopportunitiesforUSDandFSTfacultyandstudentstocollaboratewithoneanotherinservice,researchandotherscholarlyactivities.

　　4、弗朗西斯科神学院

　　2012年，圣地亚哥大学弗朗西斯科神学院协定了合作协议。这样做的目的是为了强化学院的天主教身份，促进学术上的优秀，扩宽课程内容，促进实现各自的使命。

　　通过该协议，神学院学生可以注册得到学校批准的其他院系部门提供的精选课程，比如领导力与教育科学学院、和平研究学院、工商管理硕士课程、历史系和哲学系课程。这些课程有助于提升毕业生担任教堂和其他机构管理职位能力。不仅如此现在圣地亚哥大学其他专业的研究生也可以学习神学院课程，特别是神学相关学科，以此丰富他们的学位计划。另外该协议也有助于圣地亚哥大学同神学院展开服务、研究和其他学术活动。

　　TheUniversityofSanDiego(USD)SchoolofLawisrecognizedfortheexcellenceofitsfaculty,depthofitscurriculum,andstrengthofitsclinicalprograms.Eachyear,USDeducatesapproximately800JurisDoctorandgraduatelawstudentsfromthroughouttheUnitedStatesandaroundtheworld.Thelawschoolisbestknownforitsofferingsintheareasofbusinessandcorporatelaw,constitutionallaw,intellectualproperty,internationalandcomparativelaw,publicinterestandtaxation.
