Manyofmyfriendsdonotlikeeatingvegetables,becausetheythinkthatvegetablesarenotdelicious.TheylikeKFCorMcdonald's.Beingdifferenttothem,Ilikevegetablesverymuch.WhenIwasalittlechild,mymothertoldmethatIshouldeatmorevegetables,sothatIcanbetall.Besides,inordertomakemeeat,mymotheroftengavemesomerewards.Astimegoesby,vegetablesbecomemyfavorite.Vegetablescontainmanyessentialvitaminsandothernutrients,whichhelpsusbuildahealthybody.Inaddition,eatingmorevegetablescanpreventdiseases.Therefore,weshouldhavethegoodhabittoeatvegetables.我很多朋友都不喜欢吃蔬菜，因为他们觉得蔬菜不好吃。他们喜欢吃肯德基或者麦当劳。我和他们不一样，我很喜欢吃蔬菜。当我还是个小孩的时候，我妈妈就告诉我应该多吃蔬菜，那样我才能长高。而且为了让我吃蔬菜，我妈妈经常给我一些奖励。时间久了蔬菜就成了我喜欢吃的。蔬菜含有很多有助于身体健康的必需维生素和其他营养。另外多吃蔬菜能够预防疾病。因此我们应该养成吃蔬菜的习惯。
