招生原则：我校招生工作遵循“公平竞争、公正选拔、公开程序，德智体全面考核、综合评价、择优录取”的原则。招生工作接受考生、家长及社会各界的监督。

招生计划：根据办学设施和师资力量等实际办学情况，统筹考虑各省（区、市）考生人数、生源质量、区域协调发展及重点支持政策、历年计划安排等因素，确定招生计划。分省分专业招生计划报教育部审批后由各省级招生主管部门向社会公布。按照教育部有关规定，我校将预留本科招生计划总数的1%，用于调节各地统考上线生源的不平衡。

录取规则：

1．根据各省（自治区、直辖市）生源情况确定提档比例，提档比例一般控制在招生计划的120%以内。

2．按生源地省招生委员会的规定处理符合照顾条件的加分考生或降分投档考生的录取有关事宜。

3．进档考生专业安排办法：专业志愿优先，同专业志愿分数优先；加分考生在专业安排上以实考分数（不含优惠加分）安排专业。如遇同分考生将依次参考考生语文、数学、综合分数、外语(课程)，择优录取。若与当地省份政策冲突，以当地省份政策为准。

4．建筑学、城乡规划两个专业要求有一定美术基础，入学后复试。

5．英语(课程)专业要求口语加试合格。

6．学校以英语作为外语语种组织教学。

7．招生体检标准根据教育部、卫生部、中国残疾人联合会印发的《普通高等学校招生体检工作指导意见》，结合我校实际情况制定，并作为我校高考(课程)录取工作的依据。

8．新生报到后，学校要进行新生入学资格和身体复查，对于弄虚作假、不符合录取条件的将取消入学资格。

9．学历证书的发放将依据《教育部关于当前加强高等学校学历证书规范管理的通知》（教学〔2002〕15号）和《独立学院设置与管理办法》（教育部令26号）文件执行。凡修满学业达到学院规定的毕业条件的毕业生，颁发“河北工程大学科信学院”全日制普通高校本科学历证书；符合学位授予条件的，由河北工程大学科信学院授予学士学位。

收费标准：

1．学费标准：

10000元/年。

2．住宿费标准：按住宿条件不同，设有500元/人·年，800元/人·年两个收费标准。
