现代小学教师专业情意探讨

摘要:专业情意是小学教师专业素养结构中重要的组成部分,是推动教师专业成长,提高教育教学质量的内驱动力系统。但是很多现实表明当代我国小学教师的专业情意状况不容乐观。

本文首先从缘起、涵义、结构、功能以及小学教师职业的特殊性等方面对小学教师专业情意的内涵进行了认定;其次以江苏省盐城市小学教师为例,结合问卷调查、访谈和观察的情况,分析了所存在的问题:相当一部分小学教师专业理念模糊不清,专业行为与之脱节;专业情操低迷,对待工作和学生缺乏热情;自我职业认同程度较低,自主专业发展意识不强,接着探讨了影响小学教师专业情意发展的原因;最后从建立社会支持网络、改进学校管理方式、改善教师自身职业心态三方面提出提升小学教师专业情意的对策与建议。

Abstract:

Professional

affection

is

one

of

the

most

important

parts

of

the

primary

school

teachers'

accomplishment,

which

is

the

inner

drive

system

to

promote

teachers'

development

and

improve

the

quality

of

their

teaching.

But

a

lot

of

facts

show

that

the

situation

is

not

so

ideal.

This

thesis

first

analyzes

the

meaning

of

the

professional

affection,

from

the

following

aspects:

its

origin,

meaning,

structure,

function

and

their

occupation

particularity

.Then

analyzes

the

problems

and

the

reasons

based

on

the

questionnaire

and

the

interview

of

teachers

in

Yancheng

city

.Quite

a

few

primary

school

teachers

don't

know

professional

concepts

clearly

enough

,

therefore

their

behaviors

don't

fit

close

many

of

them,

whose

professional

affection

is

low

,are

lack

of

passion

towards

their

work

and

students

the

level

of

their

professional

and

the

consciousness

of

independent

professional

development

high.

On

the

basis

of

the

above

analysis,

the

thesis

tries

to

give

some

suggestions

on

advancing

the

level

of

the

social

supporting

system,

enhancing

the

school

management

and

improving

their

attitude

on

vocation.
