※ prohibit指通过法律、法令或警告等做出禁止命令的正式规定或规则，常用的搭配形式为:prohibit sb. from sth./doing sth.。如:

Smoking is prohibited here。这里禁止吸烟。

另外prohibi赶可以表示"阻止"。如:
