3)作为动词，表示关系到;使担心。如:

※ 除了本句中提到的be concerned with之外，与concern有关的短语还有:concern oneselfwith/in/about sth.忙于某事;关心某事。如:

另外还有so/as far as...be concerned就来说。如:
