Ladies and gentlemen,

Good morning! I'm thrilled to stand before you today to share my experiences of living and studying in an English-speaking university environment. As a Chinese student, adapting to an English-speaking college life was both challenging and exciting.

From the moment I stepped onto campus, I was greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The diversity of cultures here was incredible, and it made me feel like I was part of a global community. The English classes were lively, and the professors were incredibly supportive. They encouraged us to speak up and ask questions, which helped me improve my language skills significantly.

One of the most memorable aspects was participating in student clubs and organizations. It was a chance to meet people from different backgrounds and work together on various projects. We organized cultural events, debates, and even a charity run, all of which were a great way to practice our English and learn about each other's cultures.

Living on campus also exposed me to different styles of learning and teaching. I enjoyed the independence it gave me, and it taught me the importance of time management and responsibility. Although it was sometimes difficult to adjust to the fast pace, the experience was invaluable.
