“70后、80后、90后”属于中国特色，翻译成英文不能直译，建议：

翻译中部分我做了解释。采用的时候把括号和里面的内容删了就行。

1980's（males）are3cmtallerand3.8kgheavieraveragely（前面说过以70后为基数，所以这里不用写than1970's）,when1990's（males）are1.9cmtallerand3.6kgheavierthan1980's.
