黑鱼汤的做法

用料:黑鱼1条(1斤左右)、姜4片、葱2根、黄酒、一汤匙、盐自己调节、开水一升。

术后必备黑鱼汤的做法:

1、鱼洗净后,切块大概2.5厘米左右,用厨房用纸把鱼身的水吸掉。热锅冷油小火将鱼块放进去煎至两面稍微有点金黄。

2、贴锅边放黄酒一汤匙

3、放4片姜片

4、将提前烧好的开水贴边倒进去,大火煮至沸腾。调成中火煮20分钟。

5、发白的汤就煮好了,加盐煮一分钟。出锅以后放点葱花,就OK了

注意事项:

开水提前煮。鱼一定用厨房用纸吸干,不然会溅油。想让鱼皮不掉,一定要热锅冷油。
