Abstract：Alongwiththedevelopmentoftheeconomy,notestotheAccountingStatementplaysamoreandmoreimportantroleinthestatementanalysis,anditcanmakeupfortheinadequacyofcurrentaccountinginformationdisclosure,enhanceuserstheunderstandingtotheaccountinginformation,andincreasethevalueofaccountinginformation.Itprovidesbasicinformationoftheenterprise,accountingstatementcompilingbasis,declarationofcompliancewithcorporateaccountingstandards,theimportantaccountingpoliciesandaccountingestimates,instructionsofchangesinaccountingpoliciesandaccountingestimatesaswellascorrectionoferrors,andimportantreportItemdescriptionetc.whicharethekeyfortheseuserstomaketherightdecisions.However,duetovariousreasons,therearemanyshortcomingsintermsofAccountingdisclosure,especiallyindisclosureofthenotestothefinancialaspectsofenterprise,andthataffecttheinvestorstoaccuratelyandcomprehensivelyunderstandtheinformationoflistedcompanies.Therefore,normativecontentofinformationdisclosuretoAccountingStatementsNotesandtheimportanceandeffectsoftheAccountingStatementsInformationwerefirstlyintroducedinthisarticle.AlsothecurrentsituationandexistingproblemsofDisclosureofAccountingStatementsinChinawereanalyzed,aswell,anumberofspecificrecommendationswereputforward.
