on the bed和on bed的区别

规则一：睡觉前、睡觉中、睡觉后、生病、在被子底下时用in bed、in the bed，否则用on the bed。

规则二：用in the bed还是in bed没有特别的规则，大家也不用特别在意。规则三：只有on the bed，没有on bed的说法。睡觉前：
