both and遵循什么原则

both and就近原则：当both...and...“两者都...”连接名词或代词作主语时,谓语动词用复数形式,不受‘就近原则’的限制如：Both Li Ming and Wei Hua like drawing.Herbehaviourandherprinciplesdo notaccord welltogether当and连接两个单数名词作主语，且两个名词前分别有each，every，no，many a等限定词修饰，谓语动词用单数。

例如：Every boy and every girl in this class studies very hard.这个班上的每个男生和女生学习都很用功。

3.表示加减乘除时，谓语动词用单数。例如：Two added to three equals (makes, gives, is) five.二加三得五。由and连接两个名词或者代词作主语时A and B分为以下四种情况：

①A、B表示不同的人、物或者观念的时候,谓语动词要用复数形式Li Ming and Zhang Hua are good students.Both the parents and the children are here.②A、B表示同一个人、物或者观念的时候,谓语动词要用单数形式A journalist and author lives in the sixth flat.The turner and fitter is under twenty-five.③And连接几个单数主语,主语由each、 every、 no、 many等词修饰的时候,谓语动词要用单数Each boy and each girl is invited.Every boy and girl is invited.No boy and no girl is there now
