⒉不加the的名词性短语，意思与名词的抽象意义(名词功能)相关。加the表示所在的具体地点；不加the表示进行的抽象活动。例如：go to school 去上学go to the school 到学校去at school 在上学at the school 在学校里一the只差，导致了两种不同的意思:Out of the question 和 out of question同理，没有the，out of question 就是个整体，意思是“没问题”，“毫无疑问”，相当于副词，比如： It is out of question that Ivan can get up early.
