动物保护的十条法律规定
1.新西兰·动物都有意识
The New Zealand Animal Welfare Strategy states that animals are sentient, therefore, causing animal suffering through cruelty or failure to act is prohibited, as well as studies and experiments on animals.
2.波兰·禁止商业繁殖
If you find an abandoned dog or cat in Poland, you're required to notify an animal shelter, fire authority, or police. Then the abandoned dog or cat will not have to wander and starve on the streets. Also, commercial breeding of cats and dogs is prohibited.
3.弗吉尼亚州·偷狗是重罪
In Virginia, stealing a dog is a Class 5 felony which is punishable by up to 10 years in jail regardless of the monetary value of the pet.
在弗吉尼亚州，偷狗是一项5级重罪，无论狗狗贵重与否，都可能面临最高10年的刑罚。
