英文通知信通常包括以下几个部分:信头、称呼、正文、结束语和签名。
信头:包括发信人的姓名、职位、单位、地址、电话和电子邮件等,位于信纸的顶部,一般占一行或两行。
称呼:称呼收信人,如Dear Mr./Ms./Mrs./Dr. [Last Name] 或Dear [First Name] [Last Name]。
正文:分为三个部分。
a. 开头:简要介绍信的目的,如I am writing to inform you that... 或 Please be advised that...
b. 主体:详细说明通知内容,如会议时间、地点、主题等。如有附件需注明附件内容。
c. 结尾:感谢收信人关注,如Thank you for your attention to this matter 或 We look forward to your participation.
结束语:通常为Yours sincerely 或 Best regards,后面加逗号。
签名:在结束语下方,签名应与信头中的姓名一致。
