一种办法是让人们多运动,这样吸收较多的卡路里就不成问题了。通过降低健身费用和广泛普及体育设施可以促使人们多运动。投资运动和健身设施可能会耗费财力,但是假如其结果会使人们更健康,就会变成一种长期储备了。如果社区备有运动和健身设施,人们就能更经常地使用了。
导致体重增加有两个主要原因。为此,文中提出几个可行的解决办法,应对日益减退的健康水平。

总而言之我认为,科技给人们提供了建立人际关系的新方式,但结果却通常是反面的,尤其是与面对面交流建立人际关系的方式相比。
