一.首先要确立论点

托福大作文写作首先要确立论点，确立论点是写好文章的第一步。不确立论点文章论述就没有中心和要点，也无法展开论述。

二.写作之前先构思

在开始写作之前要先构思一下，构思的主要内容包括，文章要写什么，怎么写，要举出什么样的例子，列举什么样的原因。写作之前尽量给自己一个短暂的构思环节，时间把控在3分钟之内，不要构思太久，不然写作时间就不够了。

三.列出文章提纲
