托福口语第三题题目类型主要是公告、讨论题，也叫报告题。涉及的事情发生于校园，主要为大学政策，规章制度或程序，大学规划，校园设施与校园生活状况。托福口语第三题首先是阅读电脑屏幕上的一个小段落，长度为75-100词，时间为45-50秒钟;然后是听两个人【有时是一个人】讨论阅读中涉及的话题，其中一人对阅读中的话题表达了强烈的看法。根据阅读与听力部分回答问题，陈述对话中一个人的意见，并阐述这个人持这一意见的理由。回答准备时间为30秒，正式回答为60秒

托福口语第三题规则之时态问题：第三题用一般现在时陈述，注意第三人称单数和基本单复数等语法问题，语速不用很快，保证句型流利度和发音准确性。
