Philippe Rouy is a filmmaker who lives and works in Paris. His focus was primarily on video art, but his filmography now includes documentary and essay films such as Kaiserling III (2023), Archipel, 6852 (2022), FOVEA CENTRALIS (2014), MACHINE TO MACHINE (2013) and 4 BUILDINGS, FACING THE SEA (2012). His latest work THOUSANDS OF YEARS OF ABSENCE (2025) is selected for FIDMarseille.
