Wayne Che Yip, also known as Wayne Yip is a British film director, most notably connected with Doctor Who.

Writer/Director Wayne Yip graduated with a degree in Graphic Design at Oxford & Cherwell College in 2004. His career began initially in music videos but naturally progressed to short films. After the multiple award-winning short film ＇Diego＇s Story＇, he directed Tom Bidwell＇s Would Like To Meet for Channel 4＇s ＇Coming Up＇. Wayne directs TV shows in both the UK and US.
