Good Living Habit Make Me Healthy

Good habits really matter. I have a good habit of exercising.

As we all know, its important for us to do exercise. Doing exercise can not only help us keep fit, but also help to train a persons character.It can make us feel relaxed and energetic.

When we go to school, we can go by bike or on foot. In the PE class, we can play basketball, play football, run and so on. On the weekends, we can climb mountains, go swimming with friends.After dinner, we can go for a walk with parents.In the school, we can join in the sport club.

If you stay doing sports, you will find a different yourself. Lets do exercise together. To do is more important than to say, lets take action now!
