实习心得：

实习老师，是个很特别的存在。还记得第一次被班级里学生叫老师好的时候的那种错愕，渐渐适应， 然后自如反应，点头示意。开始的一个礼拜，日渐习惯起学校的生活，仿佛重回高中时代一般， 只是是以一种全新的角度来看待学生，以老师的身份来要求自己了，这种感觉挺奇妙的，以往觉得 高高在上的老师，突然间成了身边的同事，作为实习老师，又该以怎样的态度去面对高中的学生？

身份的转变，是实习阶段第一个要跨越的坎吧，正确认识自己的身份：带教老师的学生，高中学生的老师。

担任实习班主任工作的班级是高一（7）班，高一年级两个文科班之一，与我那时的文科班大为不同，现在文科班的学生不像我们那时那么沉闷，就像班主任唐老师所说，对于老师来说是喜忧参半吧， 毕竟调皮的学生太多，比较不容易控制。一进教室就看到教室后的墙壁上贴满了奖状，看的出来这个班级在学校里也是相当活跃的，学校里评选的各个之星，几乎7班也每个都有份。班上同学的性格很活泼， 几天相处下来，就建立起了不错的关系，谈谈班级同学，日常琐事，甚至也有同学会来找我解答问题， 谈谈理想，也让自己渐渐有了的确是个老师了的觉悟。

听课。实习的必经阶段，听课不仅能够学习带教老师的教学方法，也能熟悉自己将要教学的班级。 高中阶段的英语课程与大学里大不相同，尽管自己以前高中时也上过牛津的教材，现在的教学要求又有新的变化，也因老师的不同，教学方法上有很大的差异。带教的王老师教态相当严谨，备课很充分， 听第一节课的时候就觉得整节课规划的很好，让学生知道这节课要完成的内容，就算有突发状况的发生， 也能自行控制好时间等等。学校规定的听课是10节左右，自己基本上能去听的课都去了， 为的是想了解整个章节上课的完整过程，每个部分都有不同的上课手段和形式，都是值得学习的地方。 大学里所学的英语教学法课程，提及不少教学方法，光纸上谈兵当然不行，真正坐在教室后面听课的感觉很不一样，教学的内容就算一样，方式也可以有很多种，可以老师自己授课，可以让学生回答问题， 可以结合练习加深印象，对于学生的回答鼓励，如： ‘do you think there is something else？ i appreciate your answer。

集体备课。实习前就听辅导员说，一中的英语教研组有项很好的'传统，就是集体备课。参加高一教研组的集体备课之前，高二的老师已经开始给高二的实习生集体备课了，说是备课，更多的是讨论授课的方式， 怎样调动学生的积极性，怎样控制好学生的发言等等。高一教研组的备课是每周四，第一周就布置了我们将要教学的部分，第三单元的两个部分，以及一张试卷的讲解，可以说是各种形式的课程都体会一下；接下来的几周集体备课，都是备带教老师或者我们要上的内容，一位男老师负责第三单元的备课，先前要精心准备该单元的词汇表，不仅是课文中要求的单词和词组，一些容易混淆，或者有固定搭配的词汇也要系统地整理进去，还要整理一些与该单词相关的翻译练习…他带着我们梳理了整篇文章，其中需要讲解的地方，讲解的方式，都一一进行解释，其他老师提出问题和建议进行补充，可以说是收获颇丰，本来对课时没有什么概念的我，通过集体备课，顿时立体了起来，当老师真不容易，备课的时候就要考虑到各个方面，学生是否能够接受，上课时是否会枯燥等等的问题。

教案。教案也是教学前的重头戏。王老师先让我们参考高一唐老师的教案，一个章节关是简单的教案就有12页，看得我们都有点傻眼，而且写的时候我们要把上课时会加的连接词全都写到教案里去，就怕到时候忘词。几乎每个同学为了第一节课的教案都奋斗了几个晚上，算不上精益求精，至少要准备充足。

试教。正式上课前，几乎每个同学都进行了小组的试教，虽然不是英语师范专业，大在大学期间也曾经在一些机构讲过课，试教的时候明显自信了许多，准备充分可能也是原因之一吧，基本上都多准备了很多内容，还有同学准备用ppt教学，提高学生对该章节学习的兴趣。一位同学试教的时候，其余同学就当回同学配合教学，试教的过程中有问题及时记下，完毕后再进行讨论，这样的试教对我们正式上讲台做了很好的铺垫作用。

我想要热身一下。王老师就想到让我讲学生些的报纸读后感，10分钟的时间虽短，对我来说，紧张感丝毫不减。没有一下子面对过40多个学生的我，要多大的声音才够，什么样的姿势，板书该怎么写，都是要好好考虑一下的。前一天把学生评论比较多的文章通读了一遍，自己也写了简单的summary，导入的话也一字不差的写在了纸上…正式讲之前还拉同学简单试讲了一下，结果漏洞百出，很多话都接不上，准备好的稿子都忘了精光，消除紧张感是最重要的吧。好在正式讲的时候发挥的不错，可能是跟同学们熟悉了的关系吧。正式上课已经是到一中的第四周了，之前准备教案时没睡过几个安稳觉，第一节课用的是ppt， 讲的是关于植物的养护相关的内容，为了准备ppt的内容，特地到学校的各个角落采风，拍了学校里各种植物，目的除了上课时能生动些，也是想让学生了解到我们美丽的校园里还有如此多种多样的植物。可能是ppt教学的原因，学生大部分的注意力都集中在屏幕上，这样反而使我的心态平和了下来，非常顺利的完成了第一堂课。接下来的几堂课，算是驾轻就熟了吧，通常讲过一遍的教案到第二个班再讲会容易很多，上课的速度要与学生接受知识的速度相适应，也是需要实战一下才能掌握的技巧。

i remember that premier Wen said develpment must be for the people ,by the people ,and the achievement must be shared by all the people ,i don't think it's right to see the gap in education expanding again and again ,there must something can be done to make sure the students in the countryside can enjoy equal ,high quality ,and affordable aducation as there counterparts in the city.

Firstly, it provides more people with chances to receive high education. There are many people who have once lost the chance to enter a college for some reason. Now they can pick up their own dreams of being a college student. Secondly, it will introduce more students with different backgrounds and the abilities for colleges and universities. Finally, it stimulates competition and promotes the candidates to work harder.

However, relaxing the limit of age and marriage might bring some problems. For one thing, married students have to take care of the family and children, which brings more difficulties for school management. For another, there might be a gap between the elder students and the other young students. Therefore, more attention should be paid to the enrollment of those people of other age groups and married persons.
