200分汉译英破解“国外的狗能听懂英语”之迷

没到国外的时候，我总觉得国外的狗好象应该会说英语，至少能听懂英语,这个问号一直带到了国外。

问题本身就有问题，为什么，如果说人类中的通用语言是英语，那么在狗的世界里，它们的语言就是汪！汪！为什么说狗能听懂人的话呢，其实就是一种条件反射而已。
