　　其次在学校方面，一些大学的课程设定不合理，无法适应社会对人才的需求;同时毕业生的就业指导以及服务工作也需要完善。

　　再者在社会方面，社会就业资讯体制不完善，一些企业或事业单位的考试存在不公平现象，就业歧视，比如性别歧视、户口歧视依然存在。

　　面对就业难题，身为大学生的我们应有自己的未来职业规划。对我来说我文静、耐心并且刻苦。我喜欢读书与写作，而且我主修汉语言文学，因此我有丰富的专业知识。我是校报的一名记者，因此我有着采访以及编辑经验。我希望未来能做一名编辑。为了这个梦想，在大学的前两年我会努力学习，多去采访与写作，积极投稿。大学后两年我会去参加出版社的实习，积累工作经验，多向前辈请教。
