最重要的是与男毕业生相比，女毕业生都被认为有不可避免的身体缺陷。另外女性在结婚的某一天还要生孩子，因此她们需要休几个月的产假，这当然会减少公司的利润。

在我看来女人可以做得和男人一样好，甚至比男人更好，所以女人不应该被不平等的对待。

政府可以采取措施来改善这种情况，与此同时社会和公司也应该给予女毕业生和男毕业生平等的机会。如果这种歧视能够消除，我们的社会一定会更好。
