　　教学是天底下最伟大的职业，因为对一个国家来说没有什么比教育更重要。有时候成为一名教师似乎很容易，但是我总觉得很难，因为只有知识并不能让我们成为一名好老师。

　　作为教师，我们不仅要有广博的知识，而且还要具有全面的综合能力和积极向上的态度。首先我们必须公平对待每一个学生。不能从学生的学习成绩和行为来评价学生。我们的责任是去教育他们，而不是批评他们。另一方面我们不再是蜡烛，而是火柴了。我们不应该一直在课堂上讲。我们要把课堂让给学生。例如我们应该营造一个真实的氛围来吸引学生的兴趣。因为大多数学生喜欢用自己的双手来做事情，我们可以给他们分配一些任务。有时我们也可以与他们做一些活动。我相信学生在开心的时候会学得。

　　最近，学生学习的问题已经引起了大众的关注。学生们担心如何提高成绩。有些学生很努力学习。他们把所有的时间都花在学习上。除了学习他们什么也不做。就我而言这不是学习的好方法。劳逸结合是的学习方法。学生应该努力学习知识，因为弗兰西斯培根说过，“知识就是力量”。但是他们应该有其他的娱乐活动来放松自己。因为放松之后做的事情会更有效率。更重要的是人们除了在书本上获取知识外，还可以从许多别的途径获取知识，这对学习是有帮助的。因此劳逸结合才是的学习方法。
