我的妈妈总是告诉我不要吃太多的糖果但我就是无法控制自己。有一次我的牙齿很疼不想吃东西。妈妈带我去看牙医我很害怕。医生用他的机器修理我的牙齿我吓坏了哭了。从那时起我意识到保护牙齿的重要性。所以我经常不吃糖果。在我睡觉之前我要刷牙而且我不吃冰的食物和酸的食物。我的朋友羡慕我有洁白的牙齿因为我看起来很健康又美丽。
