不要总是希望自己去完成比自己所能完成的要多得多的工作,因为一天下来,你就会因完成的工作比计划的要少而感到沮丧不安。只会是自己增加自己的压力。你现在应该努力地改善这种情况。依靠自己能力来完成工作量,因而使自己不会因为完成了比计划中要少的工作而对自己失望。人应该抱这样一种心态:做一件事不论遇到什么,因难,总要做到尽善尽美的地步,在工作中,要表现自己的特长,发挥自己的潜能,不可因工作的卑微因果而贱视自我。

其实说了归根到底就是为了生存,为了满足生活的需要!就是说满足个人的欲望!
