30分求助委托加工合同英语翻译

1.加工所需之材料由甲方提供并储存于乙方专门区域，甲方对其享有所有权。乙方应按规定程序领取甲方所提供的加工材料并填写相应书面文件，相应的流程及文件表单为本协议的附件。

2.乙方应设置专区储存甲方提供的材料及加工品，清楚标识系甲方所有以便与乙方之物品区别，并应设置帐卡，随时记录物料之存入、领出及结存数量，以备海关或甲方查核。乙方应确保其所提供的储存场所适于存放甲方所提供的原材料，作好防火、防盗、防涝工作，并负责甲方所存放材料的安全。

3.乙方不得将甲方提供之材料或半成品转售图利或未经甲方同意私自挪用至非甲方产品上。

4.乙方在领取材料时应当面点清，甲方出具发料单，由乙方签收及确认，事后若发现短缺概由乙方负责。惟如移交时材料包装尚未开封，而后经双方确认系原包装发生短缺者，不在此限。

6.甲方之治具、仪器设备、系统网络软件仅供乙方为此合约之目的所用，乙方应负责保管维护甲方之前述物品，并清楚标识系甲方所有以便与乙方之物品相区别。

7.乙方不得自行购买生产所需之材料，如需购买应经甲方事前书面同意。

1.MaterialsprocessingrequiredtoprovidebyPartyAandpartyBarestoredinspecializedareas,ownershipoftheirParty.PartyBshallbeprovidedbyPartyAprogramtoreceivetheprocessedmaterialandfillouttheappropriatepaper,thecorrespondingdocumentflowandformofattachment-basedprotocol.

2.PartyBPartyshouldbesetuptoprovidestorageareaofmaterialsandproducts,aclearidentificationofalltheDepartmentofPartyAandpartyBinordertodistinguishbetweentheitemsandcardsshouldbesetatanytimedepositedintheRecordofmaterials,andthebalancefromanumberofPartyfortheCustomsandExciseDepartmentorcheck.PartyBshallensurethattheprovisionofstoragesitesforstorageofrawmaterialsprovidedbyPartyAtomakefire,theft,flood,andPartyAisresponsibleforthesafetyofstoredmaterial.

3.PartyAPartyBshallnotprovidematerialorsemi-finishedproductstoresellforprofit,orwithoutconsentofPartyAhadembezzleduptothenon-PartyProducts.

4.MaterialsshouldbepartyBtoreceiveface-to-faceatpoint-ching,LiuhairPartyissuedorders,signedbypartyBandconfirmedthatafterthediscoverybypartyBisresponsibleforanyshortage.However,whenthetransferofmaterialssuchaspackagingthathavenotyetopened,andthenconfirmedbythetwosidestotheDepartmentoftheshortageoftheoriginalpackaginghappenunless.

6.Partyrulewith,apparatus,equipment,systemsnetworksoftwareforpartyBforthispurposebycontract,partyBPartyshallberesponsibleforthemaintenanceofthecustodyoftheforegoingitems,andclearlyidentifieswiththeDepartmentofPartyAtoPartyBalltheitemsdifferentiated.

7.PartyBwillnotbepermittedtopurchasethematerialsneededfortheproduction,forthepurchaseshallbesubjecttopriorwrittenconsentoftheParty.
