读了《钢铁是怎样炼成的》这本书后，我才领悟到：一个人的毅力对他的一生是有多么重要的影响啊！

这本书生动的描绘了保尔在革命的熔炉中生长，在苦难的战争中成长的过程。

保尔的一生十分坎坷，但是毅力给了他无穷的力量。后来年轻的保尔疾病缠身，但是他凭借着自己顽强的毅力挺了过来，并且坚持工作。

毅力乃成功之本，是一种韧劲，是一种积累，是一种动力。毅力的表现往往是一个人在最困难的时候所表现出来的惊人力量。正是有了它的存在，人们才不会向困难低头，不会被挫折压倒，而是更坚强地去面对它们，与它们拼死一搏，取得成功。

就像我学骑自行车一样，摔倒了，爬起来继续，又摔倒了，又爬起来继续......

那一天好像特别热，树上的蝉都似乎叫得特别响亮。我在公园里学骑自行车，开始还没什么感觉，可后来，太阳在我头顶上散发着它那惊人的热量，豆大的汗珠也一颗接一颗滚落下来。体力不支的我一下子从车子上摔了下来。朋友让我休息一下，可我摇了摇头，喝了口水，咬紧牙关，又继续练了起来.....终于，由于毅力支持着我，所以我成功了，我战胜了困难，学会了新的技能。
