这次给你写信是为了征询你对我英语学习的建议。

我对我的英语学习感到苦恼。我一直都在努力学习，但是我觉得从我学英语以来进步甚微。首先尽管我在尽力地背单词，但是总是记不住课文中的多数生词。另外我想提高我的口语能力，并且总是和同学们在一起用英语交谈，遗憾的是我总是不敢在课堂上说英语。另外为了训练我的听力，我一直坚持听英语录音，有时候还看录像，但是事与愿违，无论我怎么样注意听，却连一句也听不懂。我该怎么办？盼你尽早答复，不胜感激。
