工作或家庭：哪个更重要?

在谈到自己的事业和家庭的意见要求，人总是有不同地反映。有些人认为这更重要的是追求自己的事业，而另一些人认为家庭应该是一个人的生活当中的首位。

毫无疑问事业在我们生活中起着关键作用。首先它让我们活得有目标。没有职业生涯，我们生命的大部分时间一定会被浪费。更重要的是职业可以提供我们生活的来源。大多数人从工作中赚取的收入。另一方面很多人必须承认，家庭也是生活中不可缺少的一部分。家庭一直被认为是一个我们可以摆脱生活中的麻烦的地方。另外我们可以得到一种家庭的归属感。没有它人会感到孤独和绝望。

在我看来职业和家庭是不矛盾的。相反它们可以加强彼此，使自己的生活能够越来越好。因此它不是对与错之间的选择，而是理想与现实之间的选择。
