摘要Abstract

目的：应用患者自体CIK细胞回输治疗中晚期消化道肿瘤，并将疗效进行总结。

Objective:usetheback-infusionofpatients’autologousCIKcellsintreatmentofmidtolatestagegastrointestinaltumor,andsummarizethetherapeuticeffect.

方法：用人工或机采的方法采集患者自体单个核细胞，淋巴细胞分离液离心分离诱导，激活，并大量扩增，制备成CIK细胞，静脉输注治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤患者158例。

Methods:collectpatients’autologousmononuclearcellsmanuallyorbymachine,theninduce,activateandamplifythemwithlymphocyteseparationliquidincentrifugalseparationmethodtopreparetheCIKcells,andinjectintoveinsofpatientsofmidtolatestagegastrointestinaltumor.158casesoftheriomadone.

结果：经培养后，CIK细胞扩增较好，达到预期质量标准，回输治疗后5例患者完全缓解，14例患者部分缓解，117例病情稳定，25例进展，生命质量明显提高，治疗总疾病控制率为57.18%。治疗过程中除2例患者出现一过性发热(体温大约在37-380C之间)，1例自觉关节疼痛，其它未发现任何不良反应。

Results:aftercultivation,theCIKcellsiswellamplifiedandachievethedesiredqualitystandards.Afterback-infusiontreatment,5patientscompleterelieved,14partialrelieved,117stabilized,25improved,qualityoflifeforallpatientsimproved,withatotaldiseasecontrolrateof57.18%.Exceptthe2casesinwhich1patientwithpathergyfever(temperaturebetweenabout37-380C)and1patientwithconsciousjointpaininthecourseoftreatment,alltheothershavenoadversereaction.

结论：CIK治疗恶性消化道肿瘤安全可靠，副作用小，疗效确切，并能有效改善和提高患者的生存质量和临床症状。

Conclusion:theCIKtreatmentformalignantgastrointestinaltumorsarereliablewithconfirmedcurativeeffectbutlittlesideeffect,iteffectivelyimproveandenhancethequalityoflifeandtheclinicalsymptomsofpatients.
