Iamwritingtoinformyouofmyunhappyexperiencelately.OnJune5th,IwenttobuyanXXXEnglishDictionaryforAdvancedLearnersattheYYYForeignBookstore.Unfortunately,whenIwenthome,Iwasastonishedtofindthatseveralpageswerestained,somewerefolded,andafewmorewereevenmissing.

Toresolvetheproblem,Iimmediatelywentbacktothebookstoreandmanagedtofindthesameshopassistant,whosaidshecoulddonothingaboutitandaskedmetogodirectlytothemanager.Imadegreateffortstomeetthemanagerinperson,onlytobetolditwasnottheirfault–thepublisherwastherealpartytoblame.

Upuntilnow,Ihavebeenthinkingofthishappening.Ibelievethatitismorethannecessaryforthewholetertiaryindustrytoimprovetheservicequality.Onlywhentheserviceisperformedproperlyandsatisfactorilycantheneedsofthecustomersbesatisfiedandthenationaleconomybeputontherighttrack.
