【摘要】信托业作为一个古老的行业，与银行、证券、保险并驾齐驱成为中国金融业的四大支柱，但其发展存在着诸多问题。本文从内、外部因素两个方面分析和总结了我国信托业存在的问题，并结合当前我国信托业的实际情况提出了解决对策。尽管信托业存在这么多问题，经济结构调整以及资本市场的逐渐完善依然为我国信托业带来了各种机遇。不可否认历年来信托业快速稳步增长。虽然2010年信托业存在一些问题，但是前景光明。
