Thepollresultsannouncedyesterdayshowedanothersignificantchange:insteadofblamingrealestateinvestorsforraisingthepricestoearnhugeprofits,asrespondentshaddonetwoyearsago,morepeoplenowblamethegovernment'svulnerabilityinmacro-controlmeasuresforthemalaise.

Therisingdemandandtheconcurrentraisingofpricesbyinvestorsaretoblame,saidBaoZonghua,presidentofChinaRealEstateandHousingResearchAssociation.Andthemacro-controlmeasuresneedtimetotakeeffect.

Almostalltherespondentssaidtherewasabubbleintherealestatemarket,withnearlyhalfbeingcertainthatitwouldburstin10years.Butalmost40percentbelievethatthebubblewouldneverburst.

Awhopping80percentbelievethatrealestatepriceswouldcontinuetorisethisyear,and30percentfearitwoulddosoatagreaterpace.
