TimWelford，33岁和DomMee，30岁，均来自英国，热衷于划船。他们计划横跨太平洋，从日本划到旧金山。他们所划的艇的名字叫“饼干”，约七米长。

Afishingshipcametowardsuswithnobodyonthebridgeandranusdown.Itallhappenedsoquickly.Imanagedtodiveintothewater.Timfeltitwouldbesafertostayonboard.Hewastrappedinsideastheboatwasdrivenunderthewater.Finallysomepeopleappearedontheshipandsawmeinthewater.IshoutedatthemtostoptheshipandtogetTimout.Whentheshipstopped,IeventuallysawTim,andIwasvery,veryhappythatwewerestillalive.Wewereverydisappointedthatwecouldn’treachSanFrancisco.Butwearealive.Thataboveeverythingisthemostimportant.”
