（2）采取正确的防御措施

B.地震发生时，若在平房住宅里，应迅速钻到桌子下、床下或墙根下，不可靠近窗口。或者头顶被褥、枕头、棉衣等。这样即使房屋倒塌，也可减少伤亡。

地震发生时若在楼房里，那除了钻到桌子下、床下以外，也可躲到厨房、厕所中去，因厨房、厕所开间小，支撑作用较大一些。但不要跑到阳台上去，因整个建筑物可能会倾斜，阳台和屋檐等附属建筑下落的可能性极大。

C.地震发生时，若在公共场所（电影院、舞厅、商场），如距离大门口较近，可迅速离开房屋，到空旷处躲避。如离大门口远，可躲到近处的大柱子或大商品旁边（避开商品陈列橱），或者朝没有任何东西的通道奔去，然后屈身蹲下，等待地震平息。在发生混乱、恐慌的情况下，人们往往会朝楼梯和自动扶梯拥去，这时要注意不要卷入到人流中去，以免踩伤踏死。

D.如果不幸被倒塌的建筑物压埋，这时应冷静视察周围情况，考虑因地制宜的脱险方法。此刻千万不能随便移动身旁的障碍物，因为拿下一些小的障碍物，可能会掉下更大的东西来。

如果床、窗户、椅子等旁边还有空间的话，可以从下面爬过去，或者仰面蹭过去。如倒退时要把上衣脱掉，把带有大皮带扣的皮带解下来，以免中途被东西挂住。

这时最好的脱险方法是朝着有光线和空气的地方运动，身体不要太紧张，要放松，否则，要通过狭窄的地方是困难的。

头朝下往下划时，不要将两手都放在前面，一只手要放到身体的侧面，这是防止身体失去平衡的必要措施。两手交替抱住胸部，用胳膊肘滑下来效果较好些。如往下爬行用胳膊肘支撑身体交替着匍匐前进为好。

如果发现自己实在无力脱险，则要尽量减少体力消耗，不要盲目的呼喊和乱动。要耐心静听外面的动静，当有人经过时，再呼喊或用敲击出声音的办法求救。
