　　用电扇吹风散热。但不能让电风扇直接对着病人．必须防止中署之后再感冒

　　头部冷敷。冷敷部位为头部，腋下、腹股沟等大血管处．在以上部位放置冰袋，并用冷水或30％的酒精擦浴直到皮肤发红。

　　当患者清醒后，给患者喝些凉开水，并服用十滴水或仁丹等防暑药品。对于重度中暑者，立即把其从高温环境中转移到阴凉通风处，如果中暑病人出现呼吸或血压循环的改变，心率快、血压低，呼吸变慢或变促，甚至出现神智的改变，嗜睡、昏迷，就要马上送医院抢救，以免发生生命危险。
