为了保证树的成活，应该按照以下步骤来进行。

第一我们先挖一个深度大约为30厘米的坑，再把挖出的土回填到坑里，回填土高度为5到7厘米。第二把树苗种进坑里，扶直立后再填土，然后围树一圈用脚踩结实。第三再加上一层土。要注意的是这个坑一定要低于地面，便于以后的养护。第四进行浇水，在浇水后再加一层薄土，起到保持水分的作用。
