做蛋炒饭的英语作文

用料：米饭半碗，鸡蛋1只，胡萝卜1/3根，土豆1/3个，小蘑菇2只，豆腐干1块，肉糜1勺，高汤1大勺。

做法：1、将胡萝卜、土豆、豆腐干分别切成小丁，小蘑菇切成薄片；鸡蛋打匀，加盐、味精适量。

2、锅内放少量油，投入肉糜，加料酒、少许酱油翻炒后盛出。

3、锅内放少量油，加入鸡蛋液翻炒，边炒边用锅铲将其捣碎，盛出。

4、锅内放适量油，加入胡萝卜丁、土豆丁、豆腐干丁、小蘑菇丁、翻炒片刻，放盐、味精适量调味，加盖焖一会儿，再加入米饭、肉糜、鸡蛋，淋入1大勺高汤，再加盖焖2分钟即可。
