Beforewestartourcontest,letmeintroducetherulesofthiscompetition.Eachofthecontestantswillhave3-5minutestofinishownspeech.Thefullmarkwillbe10.Andeachofthemisjudgedaccordingtothefollowing4aspects:content(40%),languageability(25%),deliveryskills(25%)andmanners(10%).
