1.TheMortgagorherebycovenantswiththeMortgagee:-

抵押人的还款责任，还包括（但不局限于）往后抵押人不时向受押人请求处理的一切支付、接收、背书或扣除任何支票、汇票或本票、或抵押人与受押人所签署的任何担保、押汇或信用证或任何文书；不论这些是特定或是临时的，也不论是否有关（下面所定义的）贷款文件的内容，并进而包括所涉及的佣金、折扣及全部银行收费、律师费以及其他支出、收费与开销（基于充分补偿的形式），还有前面各项所涉及的利息。
