Tohaveagoodteacherstudentrelationship,itisimportantthattheteacherandthestudentunderstandeachotherandrespecteachother.Theteachermustknowthatheshouldbeneithertootough,nortoopermissive.Ifheistootough,thestudentmaybefrightenedanddiscouraged.Ifheistoopermissive,thestudentmaybecomelazyandcareless.Sohisattitudeshouldbebetweenthetwoextremes.Heshouldbestrictyetfriendly.Asforastudent,heshouldknowthatwhattheteacherdoesisforthebenefitofhisstudents.Heshouldalwaysshowhisproperrespecttotheteacher.Moreover,heshouldalwaysbeeagertolearnandwillingtoworkhard.Ifheismodest,hewilllearnmorethanjustknowledgefromhisteacher.

Inoneword,agoodteacherstudentrelationshipcanbemutuallybeneficial.Thestudentmayfindthelearningprocessbothfruitfulandenjoyablewhiletheteachermayfindhisteachingsatisfactoryandpleasant.
