英语信件格式：

一、信头：指发信人的地址和日期，写在信纸的右上角。

二、称呼：指对收信人的地址和称呼。写在信头之下，从信纸的左边开始。写信给熟悉的人，如王明一般用DearWangMing或DearMr.Wang。

三、信的正文：指信的主体部分，从称呼的下一行到结束语前，第一段顶头写。

四、结束语：指正文下面的结束客套话。常用Yourssincerely,Yoursever,或者Yours或Yourstruly,TrulyYours等。

五、签名：指发信人的签名，写在结束语的下面。

六、地址：地址是从小到大，按照街道-区-市-省的格式依次写

七、日期可以是日-月-年，也可以是月-日-年。
