Somepeoplehelpothersbecausetheyhavebeenhelpedbysomebodyintheirlivesbefore.Theymayhavebeenchangedbyagreatteacherwhohelpedthemandinspiredthemtobesuccessful.Thereforetheywouldliketobeateacheraswell.Likewise,theirfamilymember'slifewassavedbydoctorsandtheyevenfeltthattheycannotexpresstheirappreciationcompletelybypayingmoney,thustheybecomedoctorstocontinuetosaveotherstorepaythesociety.Forthepeoplelikethese,themotivationforworkingisnotjustthepaycheckattheendofthemonth,butprobablythesmileonachild'sfacewhenhereadshisfirstbookatschool,orthelookofjoyonthenewparents'faceswhentheyseetheirhealthynewbornbaby.

Finally,therearealsosomepeoplewhoworkforothersbecausetheybelievethatthesocietyisonlysafeandstablewhenallofitsmembersarehappyandsatisfied.Thesepeopleincludethegovernmentofficialswhotrytomakegoodpoliciesthatbenefitthepoorerclassesofsociety.Theyknowthatonlybymakingpoliciesthathelppoorpeoplelivericher,happierlivescantheyreducethecrime,sickness,andpovertyrates,therebymakingamoresaferandhappiersocietyforallcitizens.

Allinall,Ithinkallofuswillfindajobwhenwegraduate.Nomatterwhatwedo,weshouldtrytodosomethinggoodforthesociety,tohelpotherpeopleasmuchaswecan.Tomaketheworldamorebeautifulandbetterplacetolivein.
