(3)thewrittenapplicationmustobtainapprovalsupervisionengineerconstructionmachinery,andreplaceitbeputintouse.Meanwhile,theslightestdoesn'texemptthecontractorasspecifiedinthecontractanyliabilityorobligation.

(4)ifthetrialafterthereplacementofmachinery,supervisionengineertodeterminehishomeworkachievementscannotsatisfytherequirementsspecification,thecontractorshallbesuspendedusingthereplacementmachinery,andshall,inaccordancewiththesupervisionengineerinstructionstillusestandardrequirementofconstructionmachinery,expensesincurredbycontractorburden.
