Accidentnotonlycausedalargenumberofchildreninpermanentdisabilityandprematuredeath,consumesenormoushealthcarecosts,andreducednationalproductivity.Notonlyforchildrenandfamiliessufferingandmisfortune,buttothecommunity,governmentandschoolsduetothehugeburdenandloss.Accordingtothesurvey,between1999to2002,therewereschoolsinBeijingcompensationfortheeconomiclossesofthestudentsweremorethan360casualties,QiZhonghalfoftheschoolsinthedifficultiesencounteredwhendealingwithincidents.

Therefore,thecampussafetyhasbecomeahotissueinthecommunity.Protecteverychild,sothathappenedtothemtoreduceaccidentstoaminimum,hasbecomeanimportantprimaryandsecondaryeducationandmanagementofcontent.
