Xinxiang University is an application-oriented University with local characteristics, which is located in Xinxiang City, a historical city in the north of Henan Province and affiliated to the Education Department of Henan Province.
As of April 2015, the campus covers an area of 1730 mu, with a building area of nearly 700,000 square meters. The university has 10 disciplines including engineering, science, management, economics, education, literature, law, art, history and agriculture, 45 undergraduate majors and 37 junior college majors, with over 20,000 students and 1245 faculty and staff members.
