今天我在学校参加了一场英语演讲比赛。我选择了一个关于环保的话题，讲述了我们应该如何减少塑料垃圾的使用。我很紧张但最终我克服了紧张，成功地完成了演讲。老师和同学们都给了我鼓励的掌声。我学到了很多，比如如何在公众面前自信地表达自己的观点。虽然我的英语水平还有待提高，但我相信通过不断练习，我会越来越流利。After school, I participated in an English speech contest at school. I chose the topic of environmental protection and talked about how we should reduce the use of plastic waste. I was very nervous, but I overcame my anxiety and successfully completed the speech. The teacher and my classmates gave me encouraging applause. I learned a lot, such as how to confidently express my views in public. Although my English level needs to be improved, I believe that with continuous practice, I will become more fluent.
